About

Dr. Sikder has about 8 years of research and professional experience in space-related topics such as - settlement structure, urban-infrastructure development, land management and geo-information services. He holds a PhD from University of Bonn (Germany) with the dissertation entitled "Exploring Urban Structure to Approach Energy Optimization", a M.Sc from TU Munich (Germany) and a  Bachelor of Urban & Rural Planning from Khulna University (Bangladesh). He had the opportunity to work intensively with academic institutions, international organizations, local governments and private consultancies. In future, his passionate endeavors are targeting on action oriented technological innovations that support for urban and city region development, but care about governance as an integrated part in all respect.
